Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship across India.

What does shipping cost?
Flat 120 rupees. Free on orders of 1,899 rupees and above.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges only, not refunds. If the size or fit is not right, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it. Exchange shipping is paid by the customer.

How do I request an exchange?
Email us at madhu@shopmazo.in with your order number and what you would like to exchange.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Check the size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Fabric and care

What are your clothes made of?
All pieces are 100 percent cotton, woven in Tamil Nadu using traditional Madras techniques.

How do I care for them?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. Wash dark colours separately for the first few washes. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat or line dry in shade. Warm iron on reverse if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay.
