We are an Indian clothing brand based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and we sell online at shopmazo.in.

Indo western fusion wear for women: Indian textiles and craft, cut as modern western designs. Our collections so far are Madras Theory (handloom Madras check cotton tops and dresses) and Jig Jig (hand-embroidered festive tops, skirts and dresses).

We ship across India. Shipping outside India is possible on request: message us on Instagram (@mazo.in) or email madhu@shopmazo.in before you order, and we will arrange it with you.

Standard shipping is free on every order across India, with no minimum. Express shipping is ₹290 for in-stock pieces and is dispatched the same business day. Made to order pieces (the Jig Jig collection) ship free by Standard shipping only.

Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days, including 1 to 2 days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. Express shipping is dispatched the same business day and delivered in 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Jig Jig pieces are made to order: we make each one for you after you order, so it is delivered in about 20 days. If your order also has in-stock pieces, they come first in a separate parcel.

For a change of mind we offer exchanges, not refunds. If the size or fit is not right, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it. You pay the shipping for a size or colour exchange. Made to order (Jig Jig) exchanges take about 20 days.

If it arrives defective, damaged, wrong, not as described, or later than the delivery time we stated, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. You choose a replacement or a full refund, and we pay the shipping.

In-stock pieces: any time before dispatch, with a full refund. Made to order pieces (Jig Jig): free cancellation within 24 hours of ordering; after that we have started making your piece.

Sizes depend on the piece: Madras Theory comes in XS to XL, and Jig Jig in XS to XXL. Each product page has a size guide with measurements in cm and inches.

Check the size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Our fabrics are woven in India and change from collection to collection. Every product page lists that piece's exact fabric, where it was made and its garment length. Madras Theory is 100 percent handloom Madras cotton; Jig Jig is a silk base or crepe with hand-finished aari embroidery, sequins and zari.

Care changes a little with the fabric, so check the Care section on the product page. For our cotton pieces: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, do not tumble dry, air dry in shade, and iron on low heat. For our embroidered Jig Jig pieces: gentle wash in cold water, do not tumble dry, air dry in shade, and iron on the reverse on low heat.

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay.
